Onion | one large chopped |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tbsp |
Tomato | one medium sized cut into small pieces |
Potato | one medium sized, peeled and cut into small cubes |
Chilli powder | 2 tbsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tbsp |
Curry masala powder | ½ tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Coconut milk | ¼ cup (optional) |
Oil for sauting, salt to taste and coriander leaves for garnishing |
