Ingredients

Vegetagold Roasted Soyato Manchurian

Manchurian balls

Roasted Soyato 200 grms
Dry Chilli powder 1 tsp or to your tolerable hotness
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil for frying

Manchurian sauce

Onion big 1/2 cup cut into round shape
Garlic 1 tbsp finely chopped
Spring onion 2 tbsp (one tbsp. for sauting and 1tbsp for garnishing)
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce ½ tbsp
Soya sauce ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying Manchurian balls and making the sauce

Manchurian balls

  1. Thaw the product for 20 mins or microwave for 2 mins
  2. Marinate with dry chilli powder, corn flour, 1 tbsp yogurt (optional) for 10 mins
  3. Fry the marinated Roasted Soyato in oil

Manchurian sauce

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in Kadai
  2. Saute finely chopped onion, garlic and green chillies for 2-3 mins in low flame
  3. When the onion is transparent add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
  4. Add the chopped spring onion
  5. Add ½ tbsp of corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp of water
  6. When the sauces start to boil add in the fried roasted soyato, mix well in low flame
  7. Transfer to serving container
  8. Garnish with little spring onion and serve hot
