| Dry Chilli powder | 1 tsp or to your tolerable hotness |
| Corn flour | 1 tbsp |
| Oil | for frying |
| Onion big | 1/2 cup cut into round shape |
| Garlic | 1 tbsp finely chopped |
| Spring onion | 2 tbsp (one tbsp. for sauting and 1tbsp for garnishing) |
| Tomato sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Chilli sauce | ½ tbsp |
| Soya sauce | ½ tbsp |
| Salt | to taste |
